By placing an order with Maraam, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
1. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or call to verify your order details.
2. Orders are only processed after confirmation from the customer.
3. If the confirmation call or message goes unanswered, we will retry the next working day. After two unsuccessful attempts, the order will be automatically canceled.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. We strive to deliver your orders within the estimated time provided at checkout.
2. Please ensure that your address and contact information are accurate to avoid delays.
3. Delivery timelines may vary slightly during sale seasons, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

PAID ORDERS
1. For prepaid (advance payment) orders, Maraam offers a 5% discount on the total product price.
2. Orders are confirmed and processed only after successful payment receipt.

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS
1. For custom dresses or personalized designs, please contact our team directly through WhatsApp or social media pages before placing your order.
2. Any notes added in the checkout comment box without prior discussion with our team will not be considered valid customization requests.
3. Customized products are made exclusively for you and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded.

ORDER CANCELLATION
1. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.
2. Maraam reserves the right to cancel orders in case of unavailability of materials or verification failure.

DELIVERY POLICY
1. Opening parcels before payment is strictly not allowed. Please make the payment first and then unbox your parcel.
2. Customers who repeatedly refuse parcels without valid reasons may have future orders restricted or canceled.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. We only accept exchange requests in case of size issues or damaged items, reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
2. Customized and sale items are not eligible for exchange.
3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in case of an exchange.
